A positive thing that I saw was that you explained both the positive and negative influences fully. A negative thing that I saw was that your presentation could have used some more pictures.
ReplyDeleteI like how you two conveyed the message that people can be successful by being true to themselves. That is such an important message to be be spread to the younger generations. More pictures and visuals would be even more effective! great Job!
ReplyDeleteYou guys did a nice job, i like how you showed the impact on what Ellen has done for everything she stands for. I wish you guys didn't read so much from the slide and talked more about the negatives. but other then that great job
ReplyDeleteI liked how you explained how she had a impact on the society and she shows everyone's true character. I wish you guys had more information about the subject, and had a little bit more than what was on your slides.
ReplyDeleteI liked some of the background information you included, I didn't know she had another show before the Ellen show. I think you could have gone more in depth about how she has made an impact on young people.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed the fact about how humble, down to earth and true to who she was you said Ellen was. Negatively I feel like there was some info missed about her and also some missed about the impact she has on the youth of the LGBT community

ReplyDeleteI loved your topic! Ellen is one of my biggest role models! I really feel you guys explained what she stands for very well! One negative feeling I had about your presentation was the way you said her being a lesbian was a negative part of her, I know you meant this in such a way that it hurt her career. I think possibly setting up your audience more before saying that would have helped, to lessen the risk of possibly offending or turning off your audience in any way . Great job ! Loved your handout also !
